Refund Policy

At Brand Alchemist ("we," "our," or "us"), our services are built on thoughtful strategy, collaboration, and customised creative work. Due to the nature of our offerings, all services, retainers, consultations, and project-based agreements are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Service-Based Work

Our services involve time, expertise, and strategic development tailored specifically to each client. Because of this:

  • Payments made for branding, strategy, consulting, design, or marketing services are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

For projects that have been contracted but have not yet begun, eligibility for refunds may vary based on the signed client agreement.

Deposits & Retainers

Deposits or retainers are required to reserve project timelines and initiate work.

  • All deposits and retainers are non-refundable, as they secure time, resources, and planning in advance.

Digital Assets & Deliverables

Any digital materials delivered or released during a project are considered final unless otherwise outlined in the project scope.

  • Because digital assets cannot be "returned," these items are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun:

  • Any completed work up to the point of cancellation will be billed in accordance with the agreed project terms.

  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

If Brand Alchemist must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, unused project fees may be refunded at our discretion.

Quality & Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us. If there are concerns with a deliverable or experience, we encourage open communication so we can address and resolve matters where possible within the project scope.
